From the Painted Mountain grain corn seed, but fresh and tender, and harvested in the milk stage (not dried). Special savory corn (not sweet corn!) that you can't get in the grocery store. Boil them as you would sweet corn for a nutrient dense treat. 

These are a labor of love, usually getting 1 ear per stalk. 

Sold by the cob/each.
